Can I pick up in store to avoid shipping costs?

Yes, please select ‘In-Store Pickup’ at checkout. Your order will be available to collect the next business day at Sunroom (22 Ross St, Newstead Q) during opening hours.

What if my order is lost or does not arrive by the expected Australian standard shipping time frame?

Sunroom cannot be held responsible for Australia Post delivery services or any alternative courier service. Any purchases that are reported stolen, lost or undelivered due to inaccurate information placed in the ‘payment’ stage of the purchase, cannot be replaced by Sunroom . If your purchase does not arrive or you suspect it is taking more time to be delivered than required, please get in touch with Australia Post directly and immediately.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Unfortunately, not at this stage. We are only able to ship within Australia.

What is your return policy? 

Please make sure you select correct items you wish to purchase as Sunroom is unable to provide any refunds on purchases due to selecting the incorrect item or change of mind. If an item is damaged on arrival, we do sincerely apologise, please send us an email at info@newsteadstudios.com.au and we will set up a replacement or online credit.
